Grape harvest



It all began one September morning as we admired the sunrise from the Apulian countryside.

A favorable weather pattern allowed the vineyards to reach a good state of health, with the right sugar content and balanced state of acidity of the grapes.

The good weather that characterized Apulia during the days of the harvest, then, allowed the grapes to be picked in the best conditions, bringing to the winery a healthy product that foreshadows a very interesting vintage.

This was the reason why we worked completely by hand, there is nothing better than the human eye to choose the most beautiful and healthy bunches of grapes.
